Not to be a negative ninny. But if you look at Kobe he lost weight to take the strain off of his legs. It will also lengthen his career. The one negative is that Paul uses the extra bulk to drive into the lane and he has never really been a finesse type player he has also never been the fastest player.

No in fact he's in peak physical condition.  And you seem to have answered your own question in regards to what he uses his bulk for.  He's not going to get any quicker as he gets older.

His bulk helps make him one of the better SFs.

We saw this postseason how a defender the same size or bigger (Lebron) with similar speed can really effect his game.

You are being a negative ninny.  Paul does fine with his bulk, it's just one of many reasons he can't be stopped, even Kobe can't stop him.  No I don't think he needs to lose weight.  You have watched the playoffs, right?  Paul is doing just fine the way he is, imo.

I have to agree with Birdbrain, I think he's in peak physical condition... I may be talking BS, but I think he looks even better than when the season started, physically wise.

Agree with the majority.  Paul is coming off probably the best all-around season of his career.  The extra weight allows him to be physical at both ends, he still has a lot of burst, and his stamina is not suffering.  I don't think there's any need to change anything.

I second that motion.

On Big Baby.  I think he should lose some weight, but not too much.  His bulk gives him an advantage.

Losing weight no, but you could make a case that he could stand to turn some of his fat to muscle, stay the same weight and his frame isn't going to change but tighten up a bit. Although Paul has never really had this body type, and I don't think it will help/hurt his game any, it could maybe make things easier on his legs, and help him play longer.

It's funny that people think these players are fat from seeing them on t.v.  Maybe it's true that the camera adds ten pounds because I have met both of these guys and they are cut!  Big Baby is HUGE!!!  Like a tree trunk and you can't see any fat on him besides his lovable head.  If you see Paul without his shirt on he is cut too. (not that I have been in the locker room or anything, but the preseason photo shoot is a good example)  Like seriously he even has a six pack.

Paul is just BIG boned and that is one of the reasons he is so strong and durable.  If he loses weight he will be losing muscle.

Yeah I wouldn't mind PP showing evidence of a little working out, but not losing weight!!  Maybe a couple hundred push ups, or something!!

I think PP has had a great season, if it isn't broke, then don't fix it!

Also, how about showing the guy a little love for being the only Celtic still here after 9 seasons and being a good sport about it too?
