Every time I think I'm out they drag me back in. ;)

Come on Celtics. Pull this one out.

  • Let's Go Celtics
Just minutes away from their dreams.  We can outweigh their desperation to stay alive with our Big 3's desperation to finally get to The Show.  I can barely type, my hands are shaking.  Rise above it all on the road Celts.
"Take this down," said O'Neal. "My name is Shaquille O'Neal and Paul Pierce is the (expletive) truth. Quote me on that and don't take nothing out. I knew he could play, but I didn't know he could play like this. Paul Pierce is the truth."

Once you are labeled 'the best' you want to stay up there, and you can't do it by loafing around.

KG made a pair of big plays down in the post. Great stuff. Hopefully he'll stick down there. If he does Boston wins.

If he doesn't it's up in the air and the Celtics' chances come down to Pierce's scoring ability and creativity.

Paul has scored absolutely EVERY time we've needed a bucket, and he's done it methodically, without taking risks, just patiently creating a good shot.  Regardless of outcome, he's the MVP here (Pistons' MVP: Bennett Salvatore).

i just do not tend to blame officiating for a performance by the Celtics - but i would actually have to call this officiating bizarre.

Win or lose, the officiating wrecked this game.  To me it also raised the question of whether the refs are trying to alter the result.  Again, that Pierce call is the one that mainly comes to mind.  That was just incomprehensible.

Sheed said a naughty word to the camera...guess that 6 second delay isn't totally foolproof

Guess not... I wasn't sure if I actually heard that right, and how that guy hasn't got thrown out of every game he's ever played is way beyond me. All that dude does is whine and moan and give refs his stupid bug eyes and the "Who, me?" look.

Hate Sheed.

Game 5, Celts (home team) owned the third and Pistons came back in the 4th.  Let's hope the refs are guiding it in the same direction (given the atrocious third quarter officiating).  No technical on Wallace?

More evidence of the script  . . .

Yessir! Come on, C's... I've had a GREAT day let's wrap this crap up and make it perfect.

2008 Burton Custom snowboard bindings and a Burton T for under 90 bucks, I found my all time favorite Celtic hat that I didn't have on sale for 20, The vending machine gave me two Red Bulls for the price of one and I started a new relationship today with a great ladyyyy so topping this day off with a Eastern Conference chip would be amazing.
