Game over.

Can't blame it on the refs. The rotation is out of whack again.

Get em in Boston.

Chauncey puts her on ice. Cant say the C's didnt have their chances but didnt play well enough to win.  Looking ahead, the C's have a backcourt problem. Rondos off his game, House was bothered by the pressure and Sam cant defend. pick your poison. But KG has got to take it inside.

Nothing left to do but heave threes.  Put Eddie in there.

I hated this game.  Sickening, ugly, terrible offense, slow pace, tons of fouls.  Of course, they have a name for this junk :"Dee-troit Basketball" or "the ugliest basketball you'll ever see."  Ugh.

The Game 2 loss didn't concern me, strangely enough.  This one does.

This team is in some serious trouble heading back to Boston.

Barring a Reggie Miller performance, looks like Wednesday the playoffs begin again - 3 game series, 2 at home, I like our odds

They are on the road and Detroit was desperate for a win. Detroit obviously recovered quickly from their 'serious trouble' in game 3. I see no reason the Celtics can't get back on track at home.

This, frankly, is a brain-dead game reminiscent of the nonsense we rolled out on the floor last year. We have made more fundamental mistakes tonight than in the last three games put together.

How many times tonight have we turned down a seven-footer for a 22-footer that didn't go? Another fairly rough night for Rondo, which fits the pattern: One good night, one bad night. Garnett turned down WAY too many easy shots, and didn't make the ones we forced him to take. Pierce's shot selection wasn't good. We lacked defensive intensity at key spots.

Arguably one of our worst performances of the season - against a team that was begging to be beaten.

Detroit was ready to fall tonight. We weren't smart enough or motivated enough to take it.

there is not one positive i can take from this loss. no one played well. we couldn't get past a 2 point deficit. ray allen missed 2 clutch free throws and we never took advantage of their foul trouble.

shabby effort. pathetic.
