Wilbon was spot on in his analysis just then IMHO.

I'm pretty concerned about only being up 1 at this point.

OOH!! Action Jackson!!! I always liked Vanity.

Once you are labeled 'the best' you want to stay up there, and you can't do it by loafing around.

Wow, I can safely say I wasn't expecting to see an oiled-up Carl Weathers - that's gonna replace the shark in my nightmares.

Celts up and down this half, but I can't help but feel like we're significantly better than this Piston team, now we need to play like it...

I like the Vanity picture. Other one doesn't do a thing for me. Come on board, time to pick up our picture posting. We can do it.

Man, I think we need a talkserver so we can turn down the volume on the announcers and talk amongst ourselves.  I'm watching the halftime analysis and those guys are providing nothing.

Interesting half.

Detroit looks old, frankly. We need to get into an offensive rhythm. I like the defensive effort and the defensive rebounding.

We're just not shooting particularly well for the quality of shots we're getting.

We need a talkserver devoted entirely to watching the halftime show on mute and impersonating the commentators.  Here's my Stephen A.:

"Well, when you consider what the DETROIT PISTONS are trying to do, they're playing BOTH THEIR POINT GUARDS at once to put PRESSURE on the DEFENSE.  And WHAT is Kendrick Perkins doing out there?  He is playing like SLA-VA MED-VE-DEN-KO!  SHAMEFUL!"

To the talking head that said that you can't go wrong with the #1, I'd like you to say hello to Michael Olawakandi, Kwame Brown and Andrew Bogut.

That is a sweet Carl Weathers pic, can you imagine ever walking out of the house like this?

As for Avery, he may look like Carl Weathers, but he coaches like Carl Winslow.

The foul trouble we created on our own! i think i saw one foul call that could have gone eighter way that was called on us, that would be Perkin's foul on Hunter when he had his forearm into his body, had it been a bigger volume player like rasheed, that would not have been called.

Things that keep crawling back from the other series that i noticed.

-> FT's made has to go up, if we are going to keep up with the Pistons in this series when and if Billups gets to 100% (its pretty clear he isnt) then we have to make our free throws, we cannot expect them to miss them as we are! because they dont!

-> The silly early fouls on layups, has to stop! contesting layups on the open floor is need'et but Detroit is leathal at the line, we hurt our selfs more than we gained from doing it in the 2nd half.

-> The Offense is flowing as it should, but we need to find a solution to the pressure our Guards/Ball handlers are reciving!

-> We need to go to Ray, over and over again on offense! the Pistons are not stupid, their defense on Paul is nasty and its showing on Pauls turnover colum!, Ray is the key to free up Pierce! and we need both of them!
"Leadership is diving for a loose ball, getting the crowd involved, getting other players involved. It`s being able to take it as well as dish it out. That`s the only way you`re going to get respect from the players"
