Down to three

I was going to Boston for Game 1 against Cleveland and booked my flight for Sunday but my tickets were for Game 1 and I couldn't go on Tuesday. However, everything is set and ready to go. I'm flying in tomorrow but I need to find a hotel. I'm down to three hotels. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

#1 factor: Close to downtown & Garden
#2 factor: Close to the bars

Here are my two choices:
*The Langham
*Hyatt Regency
*Omni Parker Hotel
All three are ridiculous prices as almost everything else is sold out.
