All I gotta say is that if your daddy is Eddie House and your uncle is Mike Bibby, then anything less for this kid than a Division 1 college bball career is a failure.

House's kid has been there a lot this season and he is a riot. Sometimes he helps lucky throw t-shirts. He joins in on the introductions. Kid can shoot too. Really outgoing.

Not to put any pressure on the kid or anything!  Maybe he'll have a great love for basket weaving and pursue that.

bump because he had another great little house moment last night, after dad hit the 3 he ran over and hugged him, it was awesome.

also, national media talking bout little house now. points gleaned from espnradio yesterday.

offical postion: team towel boy (this works out great, i already consider him a pesduo mascot, and he actualy has a reason to be at every game, awesome.)

most think its pretty awesome he's pumping up the team, though one caller hinted that its a saftey issue (come on guys, he'll be fine he only gets up during timeouts)

I'm sure half the team finds this kid annoying. He needs to stay off the court. The NBA has to do something about this. There can't be random kids running onto the court during games, even during timeouts. What if all the players had their kids running onto the court? It would be a circus where there could be multiple cases of a child getting stepped on or kicked in the face.

1. ive only ever seen him run on the court once, and thats after eddie hit the three last night and that was during a time out. other than that he cheers from his seat next to the towels under the baseline.

2. considering that the players are often laughing and hanging out with him when he runs a towel over to them, and he's an offical towel boy, which means the team knows he's going to be there and doing his thing, im sure they don't find him annoying, and why would they? pretty big assumption on your part.

EDIT: i just watched the highlights of eddie's three, and his son didnt come on the court, he waited until eddie got in front of the bench, then bear hugged him. I'm sure, since some higher up approved the kid being a towel boy, and eddie aint exactly KG, so i doubt it was a "well, if you don't i ain't playing" demand, im sure little house has been told to stay off the court.

and, since he didn't in fact run out liek i thought he did last night, ive in fact never seen him go on the court. he meets dad coming off the court sometimes during timeouts, but he waits, like he did last night, until eddie clears the floor to the best of my recolection.

1. Running onto the court once is 1 time too many.

2. It is an assumption, but it's based on my experience. When we're playing pick-up ball and little kids start running on the the court, the only thing I'm focused on is trying to not run them over.

I also play softball, and some of the guys will bring their kids to practice. And they let them on the field. It's always terrifying when a ball is hit in their vacinity. Yea, everyone laughs and pretends it really fun having kids around, but you know in your heart you just want them to stay out of the way.
