The time of sale will probably be announced at the end of Friday's game, and I suspect that sales will open on Saturday morning. It can't be determined whether it will be the last game of round 2 or the first game of round 3 until after Friday's game. Usually, individual game sales don't start until the game's details are determined (including price, based on which round).
