Why on earth did our players not attack Lebron?  We had him in foul trouble.  Keep going after him!  Get him in foul trouble.  Make him think twice about driving down the lane.  Make him think twice about crashing the boards behind someone.  Doc even told them to.  PP did it a little bit, but he mainly attacked when LBJ was out of the game.

At the start of the 3rd quarter LeBron had 3 fouls on him.  At the start of the 4th quarter LeBron has 3 fouls on him.....So it clear that the Cs stop attacking Lebron.  The Cs was trying to get Ray Allen off that they didn't run a play for Paul Pierce for most of the 3rd quater.  Paul should have went right after Lebron at the start of the 3rd quarter early and often.

Not only did Lebron had three fouls on him early in the third, he also banged his leg.  He was quite ginger with it for a stretch before he worked it out.

That was the time to attack.   Make him pick up a 4th foul.  Take advantage of James when he wasn't at his fastest.

Doc takes a lot of heat but he told his team what to do and they decided not to listen.  That has to be on PP

The players take their share of the blame.

But this isn't the first time Doc gave lip service to something and then allowed his players to do the opposite.

maybe doc should discipline his players then? this hasn't been the first time this has happened this season. maybe the nice guy attitude is beginning to backfire a bit.

i still support doc though - for now...
