But then again, all the teams are having trouble on the road. NOH-SA 2-2 Home 4, Road 0
LAL-UT 2-2, Home 4, Road 0

Detriot won one on the road 90-89 but the Tragic really blew it there.

Boston will have trouble finding a W tomorrow night. The Celtics will probably play a lot better but they probably will not win unless Rondo plays much better. He has lost confidence it seems and comes from getting blocked time and again on breakaway layups. Perhaps Doc has to play Ray Allen at the point and put Posey and House (Tony Allen) in the game. Sam Cassell is another one who can help (Game 2) or hurt (most other games).

Series Notes:
Pierce is doing a great job on Lebron James.
Ray Allen is getting punked by Sczerbiak (astounding development).
Delonte West is woefully outplaying Rondo (this is a threat to our playoff lives).
KG is absolutely carrying the load for Boston.
Perkins is doing alright with his tough matchup against Z.

THe benches are equally inconsistent at this point.

The Celtics need to find their game this week or this could be their last week of basketball.
Wins are few, times are hard. Here is your bleeping St Patricks Day Card.

I'm not sure this is entirely fair to the guy who might well be our best (or second best to KG, perhaps) player thus far in this series: James Posey.

Cassell had a poor third game, but Powe was pretty solid in all three.

He was "woefully outplayed" in game 3, but definately not in the first 2.

yes, only game 3 was a true butt-whomping affair for poor rondo. i do worry he will repeat it though. what really bothered me was when the TV panned over to rondo on the bench, he was not talking to teammates, not cheering, not involved in the game. (yes, yes, this is a very very small sample i know.)

i worry that rondo may not be reacting well to playing poorly. i would expect him to be angry and look for the opportunity to redeem himself and help the team.

hopefully he comes out playing smart basketball in game 4.
I believe Gandhi is the only person who knew about real democracy — not democracy as the right to go and buy what you want, but democracy as the responsibility to be accountable to everyone around you. Democracy begins with freedom from hunger, freedom from unemployment, freedom from fear, and freedom from hatred.
