they settle for terrible shots and when they do go in the paint they don't finish.
pierce is lost.
they're way too comfortable at the thought of playing at home.
no one's stepping up on the offensive end.

Season done.  The Cavs did what the C's needed to do -- take over the game.  My opinion is that championship teams do not respond the way the C's have on the road in games 4 and 6 in Atlanta and again tonight.  It was a great regular season, but I just can't see this team doing anything beyond this series.  They may beat the Cavs, but how can they beat Detroit.

I agree, but I'm gonna go a step further and say they won't win this series.  Absolutely pathetic.

Is Pierce really that bad? He can't even shoot 40% in this series. They simply can't win consistently without him playing better, at home or on the road. Someone said it right when they said choke job.

I don't know what it's going to take to wake this team up on the road in big games, but it needs to happen soon.

This team is done. Even if they get lucky and win this series, they lose to Detroit, likely in 5.  The offense is so pathetic right now it does not matter how well the defense plays.  The only hope I have, and I am not blaming Doc for this loss, is that Danny hires a new coach.  However, I am about 100 percent certain that will not happen.

man lebron james is a god.  That's all there is to say.  I was watching that Cavs team and starting thinking... if you replaced LeBron with Paul Pierce... how is that team any better off than the Celtics last year?

They have to lose at home for them to need to win on the road. Just remember and calm yourselves down because only 1 team has one a game on the road in round 2. Lakers, New Orleans all lost 2 on the road. It is not the end of the world and does not mean the Celtics can't win a championship or this series. Are some of you already giving up on the team? Geesh
