Sorry - I cannot look at Pierce's and Ray's lines tonight and point to Doc Rivers.  Sorry -- those blaming Doc are simply wrong. 2 of his best players have been awful.  Casell has actually given them needed points, though I agree I'd like to see Rondo in right now.
