I loved Jeff Van Gundy on his commentary here.  I think this pretty much gives him a clean slate from me on any disagreements I might've had with him in the past.  "Goodbye Zaza," truely the best line I've heard all season. It was great. How great it was that it was Garnett's final play in the series?

That was just perfect.  That may have been the loudest the stadium was all night.  Goodbye ZaZa and goodbye Hawks.  Bring on the Cavs!

It was just the right amount of dirty.  So close to being a little pick, but the obviously intentional shoulder throttle said "Yeh, I'm knocking you down.  I'll take the foul.  Buh-bye."

Awesome.  Johnny Most would have been proud.
Yup

ZaZa, to me anyway looks like Judd Hircsh in his younger days.

He looked like Rocky getting knocked down by Clubber Lang in the beginning of Rocky III.

I love how KG gave no ground on that hit.  They say he leaned in.  More like he braced for impact and didn't give an inch.  God forbid a player stands his ground instead of flying 15 feet after contact.
We're the ones we've been waiting for.

Great way to close out the series... that pick knocked Zaza back into the Stone Age, which, given the size of his brow-ridges, places him right alongside his cave man brethren where he belongs.

LOL...during the games my wife and I were HATING Zsa-Zsa (Gabor) and calling him a caveman too.  That was a GREAT pick by KG--LOVED IT!!!!
In certain extreme situations, the law is inadequate. In order to shame its inadequacy, it is necessary to act outside the law. To pursue... natural justice. This is not vengeance. Revenge is not a valid motive, it's an emotional response. No. Not vengeance. Punishment.

You just knew it was coming, but did not expect it to come from KG. Thought they might have PJ Brown or Glen "I'm No Baby Anymore" Davis take him down.

When it happened, I could have sworn that I heard Johnny Most say to Howard Cosell, "DOWN GOES ZAZA! DOWN GOES ZAZA!".

Man that was a hard (albeit clean) foul. I bet you that the rest of the league took note that KG will do what is necessary to win, and is not afraid to put his body at risk. Questions about KG's heart, ANSWERED!

KGs pick on Zaza was one of the BEST paybacks i have ever seen in sports. totally within the action of the game. no fight. no cheapshot.

the "USA" chant, on the other hand, was disgraceful and small-minded.

in a town with stars like Big Papi, Dice-K, etc, you'd hope that  there wouldn't be so many fans still living in the Stone Ages....

The USA chant was a fantastic. I have a new respect for Massachusetts's now.

Let's not forget those players Big Papi and Dice K and all the Canadians and Russians on the Bruins are getting USA dollars from USA people. Or as Miss Teen South Carolina likes to call us, U.S.Americans.
