Well, I understand being disappointed about the loss to OK State, but you're giving up faith in the black and gold entirely?  An interesting brand of fanship there...I guess our alliance is destined to be short-lived.

BTW, sucks to be a Husker fan when Mizzou goes wild on our butts, huh? My guess here, and it's just a guess, is that your new avatar has something to do with a certain 52-17 score??

Let Steve gloat all he wants. Like a certain professional basketball team that wears green, the great franchises and American institutions, like Husker football, always come back to show their true colors.

Steve probably doesn't remember the days when Missouri was lucky to come within 50 points of the Big Red Machine. Those days will return. They always do.

Trust me, Nick...I wish you were right.  That said, I was in the Sea of Red the last time Mizzou visited Lincoln (prior to a week and a half ago), and it was, to put it kindly, not pretty.

But I'll enjoy Mizzou's dominance  of this rivalry while it lasts.
