I am worried about this game.  Go Celtics!

Don't worry, be happy.  Go Celtics!

As expected, Paul Geroge will sit, Mitchell Robinson returns for the Celtics on the back-to-back tonight.
That means Jayson Tatum will play both halves of the first two back-to-backs.
The Celtics, remarkably, have five BTBs in November (then 8 the rest of the way).

I was looking forward to seeing him (Paul George) play in this one.  It was a chance for him at age 36 to play matched up with an older player, Durant at 38.  He won't get that many chances for that.

As to skipping this game or the ORL game, this one is game-flight-game.  I think the travel makes this HOU game a little more taxing.  It doesn't really matter.  We had a tough time with BKN on a back to back at home.  The whole team will be more tired and potentially more flat.  PG or not may not make that much difference.

meh

i am actually good with joe making dang sure we won that last game.

had we lost that then there would be lots of pressure to win this one.

see what we can do tonight w/0 PG

see what we can do and if we can win without him or if we must have him in games like this.

Feel like the Celtics need to rest PG13 for this one.  Thought they would have held him out vs Orlando so that he could play against Houston. Will be interesting to see what Joe does.

He should either sit out or be limited to 20 some odd minutes...

Paul George is out tonight for rest. Joe messed this up. PG13 should have rested against the weaker opponent in Orlando and played today against Houston. That was not smart.

Pritchard and/or White are going to need to have a big game tonight for the Cs to have a chance.

I kinda disagree. I don't mind playing everyone yesterday and securing the win before a likely scheduled loss anyways, which I think tonight is on the road against a quality HOU team

Celtics are 5-1. I don?t think any team in the NBA makes for a scheduled loss at this point.

I mean I guess if the C's were to throw a game away it should be against a Western Conference opponent instead of an Eastern Conference opponent where it affects standings/tiebreakers

rockets are only favored by 4.5

this is a winnable game.

JT needs to get going downhill early and oftena nd get to the dang line.

need white, Sh, and PP to show up. take what we can from walsh also.

plus Q and garza and m rob. center production is a huge concern right now.

There shouldn?t be throw away games. The Magic did not have their best player in Banchero. The Celtics more than likely win the game without PG13. They needed George tonight.

At some point you have to blame the performance on the court on the players on the court. Every loss is not the coach's fault and every win isn't because of the players.
