Since we're entering the midst of the off season dog days, figured I'd gauge interest if we want to do blog draft this year. Timetable being later this month or August.

Straightforward draft, we could resurrect the Pick 2 draft, historical draft or any new ideas. Whatever

Straight forward draft or Historical draft would be my preference. If we do a Historical one, I'd like to use the rules / style of play of that time period rather than imagining them in today's modern 3pt heavy offenses.

I still remember doing this in 2008, might have even been 07.

For those who are potentially interested:

Basically we draft our own team from a pool of either current, all time historical players, or somewhere in between. We have done many different variations of eligibility.

At the end we vote on the best team, and it leads to a series of really fun and interesting debates about team building.

Trades make it really fun too.
