Now, expand the trade and send JB to LA for Ingram, Dunn, and a couple of firsts.

Who comes off the bench?
G: Quickley, J SheadG: RJ Barrett, Ja'Kobe WalterF: Kawhi Leonard, Allen Graves (1st round pick)F: Scottie Barnes, Collin Murray BoylesC: J Poeltl, Trayce Jackson-DavisIt sounds like they won't be able to retain Mamu. That they do not have the cap room below the luxury tax or 2nd apron or whatever it is that they are trying to avoid. Word is that Mamu will get offers in the $10mil range which prices Toronto out. They wanted to keep him but his good play last year pushed him out of TOR's price range. Toronto fans are unhappy with Quickley. They like him when he plays but he has been injured far too often. They think he is unreliable. TOR needs to trade him and find someone more reliable. He could be the cog that undoes their whole machine.

Im wondering if they could go after Fox; I think they were linked to him a few months ago.

Pardon My Take@PardonMyTakeKawhi thanking the trees he planted before going back to Canada
Brandon Ingram sucks. He was a complete dog in the playoffs averaging 12pts/3rebs/2ast. Hard pass on Ingram in Green.
Kevin O'Connor@KevinOConnorKinda wild the Raptors gave up more for 35 year old Kawhi Leonard than 27 year old Kawhi Leonard.Raptors gave up this for 35-year-old Kawhi:Brandon IngramGradey Dick2 firsts1 swap2 secondsRaptors gave up this for 27-year-old Kawhi:DeMar DeRozanJakob P?ltl1 first (Keldon Johnson)Obviously, the circumstances are different. Leonard after the 2017-18 season had a lot of uncertainty with a weird injury and he wasn't committing to sign anywhere but Los Angeles. Leonard now is coming off a healthy, dominant individual season and fully committed to extending in Toronto.Still, I don't think anyone could have seen things playing out this way when the Kawhi trade happened in 2018. No chance.
Shams Charania@ShamsCharania?2mKawhi Leonard to the Raptors has been agreed to, sources tell ESPN. The Clippers will receive unprotected first-round picks in 2031 and 2033, 2030 and 2033 second-round picks and a 2027 first-round swap.
Looks like the deal is finalized now. Solid haul for ClipsQuoteShams Charania@ShamsCharania?2mKawhi Leonard to the Raptors has been agreed to, sources tell ESPN. The Clippers will receive unprotected first-round picks in 2031 and 2033, 2030 and 2033 second-round picks and a 2027 first-round swap.
