Here's another rumor for the collection. Per Sam Amick:

Quote
Per league and team sources, the Bucks appear to be seeking clarity from several suitors as to what they would actually be willing to offer before making a final decision. The Boston Celtics, Minnesota Timberwolves and Orlando Magic, the sources say, are known to be among them. The Portland Trail Blazers are known to have interest in trading for Antetokounmpo, but it appears more likely ? if the Bucks have their way ? that they would be involved as a third-team as a way for Milwaukee to regain control of some of the picks they lost in the Damian Lillard trade in 2023.

If Antetokounmpo would be willing to sign the four-year, $275 million extension in Boston, as league sources indicated would be the case, the Celtics pose a serious threat to the Heat's pursuit. Celtics star Jaylen Brown is widely believed to be the most prominent player who would come the Bucks? way in that deal, though rival teams expect that Milwaukee would trade the 29-year-old forward again for younger players and draft picks.

Certainly more chatter all of the sudden, not that it necessarily means anything.  But what I read in this one is a 3-way with Portland with Brown going to POR and Giannis to BOS, picks and whatever going to MIL.  Certainly seems possible.  I have not played around with POR options so much.  Seems like they would have to give up a lot to match salaries, some of which MIL would not be so interested in.

The Portland side is actually pretty easy. They don't want to trade Deni or Clingan, but they could be convinced to move Sharpe if need be. Jerami Grant makes $34M, so he would be the salary filler along with Scoot and/or Sharpe. No, they probably don't want Grant, but I don't think it really matters to them who is making money if they are just trying to get younger and get their picks back.

There is a lot of talk, though. Not sure how legitimate it is, but it's something to keep an eye on.

I don?t know but there seems to be a lot of smoke here. Can we even trade while the finals are going on?

Yes, trades can be made by any team that is already eliminated from the playoffs.  However, some financial possibilities open up after the new league year (July 1).

In terms of smoke, I think that in general Boston has a very close-lipped front office.  Usually there's not much smoke at all until a trade is on the  cusp of being finalized.

Yes, Grant or Holiday would have to go out from POR, neither of which MIL would be so interested in.  I think that is the catch for this deal.  MIL has already stretched Lillard (about $22.5M per until 2029-30) can't see them stretching another contract.  POR probably wants to keep Holiday to pair with Brown.  If they are trading for Brown, they need to keep some good vet players.

I see this one maybe requiring a 4th team.
