No, not really.

The East is still wide open. The Celtics could make pretty minimal changes this offseason and still be the favorite in the East net year with a little improvement by young guys.

We really buying in Garza, Ron Harper Jr, Baylor, Walsh, Gonzalez to make drastic improvements

Makes sense to me.

(1) 56 win team
(2) full season of Tatum.
(3) Stevens will make moves to improve the team. We have some assets in terms of draft picks, TPE, MLE, young players to make moves. Not enough to get a star but enough to get quality role players and improve the supporting cast.
(4) young role players will improve

That looks like a title contender to me.
