Yes I find that surprising. As of today they?re not the best team in the East.

Is this accounting for when the Celtics have Giannis on the team?

Should be Knicks as third favorite if that's not the case

No, not really.

The East is still wide open. The Celtics could make pretty minimal changes this offseason and still be the favorite in the East net year with a little improvement by young guys.

No, not really.

We really buying in Garza, Ron Harper Jr, Baylor, Walsh, Gonzalez to make drastic improvements
