Most of us seem to acknowledge that Joe isn't going anywhere.  There's also broad consensus that he has some in-game flaws, particularly with adjustments.  Lastly, in our championship season, the team hired Sam Cassell, Charles Lee and Jeff Van Gundy to work with Joe.  There's also broad latter two have left.

I think Joe needs another strong, experienced coach next to him.  Does anybody know who might be a good candidate?

The Charles Lee impact on this team was massive.

I agree, and I'm shocked that Milwaukee let him go in the first place.  He would have made a good head coach for them.

Kenny Atkinson if the CLE fires him would be a good assistant coach.
