You cant go small ball vs Embiid
Once you are labeled 'the best' you want to stay up there, and you can't do it by loafing around.

Is what it is. Overachieved in a regular season. Not built for playoff basketball.

Not much talent on this team. And your best player is a black hole on offense and the other one seems to be hurt more that not now.

Not winning anything with JB as your lead dog and Queta as your center.

JB at center is such a desperate move. On a game 7 at that.
Reminds me of 2019 Team USA when playing Jaylen at center killed the team.

Now we see what happens when Joe, the master of not adjusting, tries to actually make adjustments.  He's trying new things out of desperation and crapping the bed in the process.

One of the worst meltdowns in Celtics history. In fact 3 of worst meltdowns in team history in the last 4 years. Makes me think?

Guys, I get being frustrated with the shooting. But what is it you expect them to do?

They apparently have no center who can stay on the floor, so they aren't going to be lobbing or posting up. They have three guys with any ball handling ability at all and two of those guys are White/Pritchard who get a substantial majority of their value from shooting threes on volume.

I just don't know what they are supposed to do.

No Al, Jrue, KP or Kornet to bail you out anymore

If a meltdown from being up 3-1 on Philly does not wake Brad Stevens out of his "Joe" slumber, then nothing will.

He will probably use Tatum's injury absence from game 7 as an excuse for keeping Mazzula.

Just missing wide open 3's.

Perhaps our entire offensive philosophy shouldn't require us to take and make inordinate amounts of threes? Just a thought.
Recovering Joe Skeptic, but inching towards a relapse.
