Not a great quarter but still won in by 2.  And only allowed 20 points.  Our defense is excellent.  A few mistakes but overall very solid.

Man Embiid could be such a fun player talent and size wise. He just foul baits so much that I hate watching him.

It's not really a hot take, but I think his flopping antics and constant falling probably cost him at least 5 high-level years in the NBA. Yes he dealt with some huge injuries in college and has chronic issues in his lower body, but he only made it worse by constantly falling to the ground or flailing around and putting himself (and others) in harm. He has the talent otherwise.

Yes they look so disjointed with him, especially Maxey who has to completely change his play style depending on if Embiid plays or not

Yep.  Starters offense is clunky, but the D was great.  The bench (PP) killed it.

I do think Maxey is struggling to adjust with him back in the lineup.

I've never seen them as a particularly good duo.  Talented for sure.  But Maxey has never been a good off-ball player.

Embiid's return this series never gave me any pause.  I welcomed it because of potential re-integration issues.  And his conditioning isn't going to be there.  Philly has a very talented roster but their chemistry isn't as good as it needs to be.
