And without the Jays, White, Queta, Hauser, PP, Vucevic and Gonzalez. We can quibble over Joe's x's and o's but there's no doubt as a leader he has an ability to get players to play hard for him and to buy into his system. It literally doesn't matter who you take out of our team they continue to play hard and to execute his game plan.
