I've been on the "Vucevic will have his playoff moments" camp but it's getting to the point where you wonder if Garza should just be the primary backup to at least start the playoffs.

One thing for sure, when they rest a bunch of guys the final two games, Vucevic needs to be out there playing heavy minutes to try and knock out the rust.

Ill say Vooch has the vision and passing skills that our other bigs just don't have. Im just not sure that makes up for his lack of shooting/defense both inside and out and defensive IQ

I think the shooting will eventually come. Defense hasn?t always been his strong suit.

It's annoying how we mostly shoot well in games, except the Knicks. Then we become ice cold. Kind of like whenever we played the Jimmy Butler Heat teams... infuriating

This game would actually be perfect for a Garza appearance.

The timing kinda sucks because the playoffs are close, but even Simons/Garza looked very meh and like stiffs early on particularly on defense, yet they improved and everyone started to love them. It could be similar to Vucevic, and we're mainly asking Vucevic to provide minutes off the bench anyways, not like we're asking him to be some consistent 17/10+ starter every playoff game

Knicks are carving our defense apart.  Nice in and out basketball.  Generating open 3's.

Vooch is a slow footed center stuck in an old school undersized pfs body that doesn't have length.

Vucevic has length

Quote
2011 NBA Draft Combine Measurements:

    Height with shoes: 6' 11.75"
    Height without shoes: 6' 10.25"
    Weight: 259.8 lbs
    Wingspan: 7' 4.5"
    Standing Reach: 9' 4.5"

    Hand Length: 9.25 inches
    Hand Width: 10.25 inches

Vuce has size. Legitimate size. He is a legit center.

Not an old school PF. He is a center in any era.
