Great job Joe !!!

You risked Jaylen Brown's health (nursing tendinitis) by keeping him (with Derrick White) in the game in order to stage a late rally so we could cut a 20-point deficit to 8.
My main problem with Joe has always been his offensive scheme, but it's decisions like this sometimes that I find so maddening.

I don?t think Joe is determining who is medically cleared to play. Believe the team doctor would do that.

At some point you have to blame the performance on the court on the players on the court. Every loss is not the coach's fault and every win isn't because of the players.

watched on delay.

JB and White stunk.  JB way too little and way too late.  6 TOs to go with 6 missed FTs.  team just way to careless with the ball this game and it bit them in the butt.

only player with a good night was Garza.  Williams did decent on the boards but no one else showed up

Yeah, but there's common sense, right?  Finding extra rest for banged up guys is something that coaches do.  JB missed two straight games; it's not like he's suddenly "cured".

Good Lord GoldStar, you know exactly why I was complaining about keeping the two starters in late.
I would have said the same thing if they were not coming off injuries, but that fact was just one more reason why Brown & White should have been sitting.
You agreed with me as well on your previous post.. I know you like Mazzulla, but at least be honest with your comments.
As much as I dislike his strategies, I give him credit when appropriate.

Watching Quin Snyder's presser.

A friend of mine who is a retired small-college coach in Missouri.
He went to see a few of Snyder's practices when he was the head guy at the University of Missouri.
He said Quin is a real piece of work, a strange personality.

If the C's go 5-2 in their final 7 games, they will finish with 27 losses and I think that'll be enough to get the 2 seed as I highly doubt the Knicks will win out (they are currently at 27 losses). If NY loses 2 more before the season ends, BOS could go 4-3 and clinch the 2 seed.

I'm less worried about the seed we get than us entering the playoffs healthy and playing well. I think if we do that we would naturally get a higher seed, and I think we can beat anyone in the East in a 7 game series home or away if we're healthy and playing well. But if we did get the 2nd seed, it looks like we might get Philly? Hard to tell as 5-10 are separated by 3 games so those spots would go down to the wire.

Players have to focus on the next game and next game only rather than try and game the results to get a "desired" matchup but as fans we get to project out and hypothesize  :police: I'm not afraid of any of them but if I had to choose an opponent it would probably be Toronto or Miami as our ideal matchups. I think we could definitely beat Philly but a healthy Embiid and in-form PG13 would be x-factors.

IDK, seems like asking JB to sit when they are playing in his home state is going to be a hard sell. I don?t think Brown would go for that, especially if the doctors cleared him to play.

I wish the team doctors told JB he couldn?t play. That was a brick-fest for the ages. 9-29  :-X

There were rumors of him sleeping with his player?s girlfriend back at Mizzou, as well as hard drug use, if I remember correctly.  Strange personality is a bit of a euphemism.

Looks like he had a near triple double tonight. His biggest worst games were from 2023 Game 7 ECF and 2022 NBA Finals (turnover machine, no handles)
