Wish Joe would call for something else.  And for JB to let PP handle and create.  It isn't there tonight.

This was going to be an obvious struggle game..everything has been going their way lately against tough competition including the hawks who are one of the hottest teams in the league?this had loss written all over it

Not a great JB night, to say the least.

That?s probably it. Let the shock troopers play the rest of the way. I wanna see what Hugo and Amari could do in extended minutes.

This has got to be the worst combined game for JB and White this year.  Awful.

Okay, Joe. It's clearly not our night. Get the main guys out. No need for them to be out there risking injury in a 20+ point 4th quarter.

This team has to be mentally exhausted as much as physically. Playing good team basketball requires extended concentrated focus, which the Celts have been doing a very good job of as late vs good teams. That takes a lot out of the players.

What the hell Brown and White are doing in a 4th-quarter 20-point deficit game is beyond me !!!!!

Russell - Cowens - Bird - Garnett - Tatum

Agreed.  It's okay to surrender at this point.

At some point you have to blame the performance on the court on the players on the court. Every loss is not the coach's fault and every win isn't because of the players.

Great job Joe !!!

You risked Jaylen Brown's health (nursing tendinitis) by keeping him (with Derrick White) in the game in order to stage a late rally so we could cut a 20-point deficit to 8.
My main problem with Joe has always been his offensive scheme, but it's decisions like this sometimes that I find so maddening.
