So glad we kept Pete Fatse as hitting coach and didn't add a power bat in the offseason!

Durbin has also been an amazing addition

(Yes Suarez also sucked today but it's hard to get mad at the pitching when the offense is so dead every game pretty much)

Gotta win a couple soon! Sox look bad to start the year for sure.

Not much to cheer about besides Abreu.  Everyone else lost their WBC swagger.

And those Astros uniforms  :-\

Discouraging start, for sure.  I am especially concerned with Suarez and Oviedo.  They were a big part of the off season to bolster the pitching.  I am less concerned about the hitting.  I think that will come.  Durbin has not look good though.  I am worried about him.

That was Keystone Kops at one point, just before Bello got hooked. He unraveled in a big way

What a clown show. This team has one good starter and one good hitter right now. And a good closer who's completely useless because he's getting no leads to save.

Full throttle, baby.

The team does not look ready.  How can they play 26 preseason games and not be ready?  It was the same last season. A bad start on the road.

This is Conelley Early slander and I won't stand for it!

Yeah, he was pretty good in his first start. I stand corrected!

I think the pitching will get straightened out.  The talent is there.

But I still don't think we have enough bats.  Station to station baseball without power in the lineup is a tough way to win.
