Garza is such a selfless team first player. He sits for days at a time but is always ready when called upon. Joe deserves a lot of credit for these guys all being ready, being selfless, and not being b!tchy about minutes, and when they play they know their role and positioning exactly.
And Brad deserves credit for getting rid of the players that don't have the right mindset (Boucher and Miinott)
I think that is unfair to Minott. He was traded to get under the tax. There was no word of him complaining when he lost his spot, and then he didn?t play for a few weeks due to an ankle injury. His first game after a month he was a +8 in 5 minutes with 5 points in garbage time in a game where the starters had the wrong mindset vs. the Hawks, and then he was traded a week later.
