My goodness Dybansta is advanced for a big wing his age. Hes a legit scorer for sure.

He should definitely go #1 overall. Will need to have a big game tonight for BYU to advance.

AJ finished with 35pts/10rebs. Wasn?t enough, though. BYU loses to Texas.

At some point you have to blame the performance on the court on the players on the court. Every loss is not the coach's fault and every win isn't because of the players.

I was blown away by his talent in the game, but the rest of his team was just not up for the challenge. Texas did a good job of making it relatively hard for AJ, and trying to make his teammates beat them. They could not.

I normally do two brackets, but I did four this year.

1st:  I reviewed and selected.  I came up with Perdue as the champ.  This is the one I've submitted to the groups I'm in.
2nd:  Was selected using a randomizer.
3rd:  Was selected using metrics.
4th:  Was a type of chalk bracket.

After the first round, the best so far is the 3rd 85.4%.  The 1st and 4th are tied at 38.6%, and the 2nd is at 16.6%.

The NYU Women lost today in the Division 3 Final Four.  That wa their first loss since March 11, 2023.  They had won 91 straight games which trails only the UConn Women's 111 straight as the 2nd most in NCAA history (men or women, every level).

Games yesterday weren?t great for the most part. Too many blowouts. Today should be better.

For the first time in history, 13-16 seeds go winless outright in b2b Round 64s -- 0-32 last two years...

13-16 seeds are 15-33 ATS (31%) in Round 64 last three years. Just terrible.

Yeah Men's day yesterday looked a lot like most years of women's 1st round k.e. a real talent disparity and a lot of blowouts.
