Baylor was a 40% shooter from 3 in college, going out as the most closely watched shooter on that Creighton team. He's just having a poor run.
His defense makes him a serious trade asset.
Baylor came into the game tonight at 38% from 3.
Yeah, last 4 games have been bleak. When people say "Baylor is shooting too much", I just categorically disagree. He should always shoot when open more than 4 feet.
He has a broken thumb. He shouldn?t be shooting 12 times while Pritchard has 4 attempts.
Pritchard didn't have it tonight though, his 4 attempts were all on the perimeter, he didn't try and attack the basket like he usually does. They came prepared for PP defensively as well. If you're open you have to shoot, especially as Scheierman has been shooting 38% from 3 this season. Like you, I wasn't a Baylor fan after his first season, but he's playing more within his limitations this season which is why he's been getting a lot more playing time.
