Jaylen had a bit of an off night too. Needed the supporting cast to step up for him. Those guys didn't do it.

That is not correct.  Celtics were minus 12 with him on and lost by 19, so were minus 7 with him off.  No Celtic had a positive plus/minus last night.

That's how I look at it.   A let down game was bound to happen.  Especially in this current stretch.  Good bounce back opportunity at home tomorrow night against a horrible Nets team.

I don?t mind these games once in a while? It reminds them of their own mortality and reminds them that they?re not as good as they think they are. Just in case there are any lingering thoughts that ?we don?t need JT to come back and take minutes? - I?m almost certain there aren?t because Brad and Joe have really instilled the team first concept culture at the Celtics, but just in case it should also quiet down the outside noise that might be suggesting that JT isn?t going to eventually benefit this team on return
