Why did we wait this long to take chances???

2 plays and a quick TD when Maye slung it

Guess it was only a matter of time.

At some point you have to blame the performance on the court on the players on the court. Every loss is not the coach's fault and every win isn't because of the players.

That was an extremely high risk throw by drake and it was picked off deservedly

O line has been absolutely horrific? this time the blitz came on the open side and Witherspoon literally had a straight line to maye

Pathetic O Line play and mcdaniels made zero adjustments to try and help that. These guys are getting sacks on 3 and 4 man rushes. Gonna have to fix that in the offseason

Maye was also trash. Terrible passing and decision making for the majority of the game.

Maye had a bad game, but I don't think even prime Brady could have survived this O-line performance.  With a young quarterback in the biggest game of his career, it's no surprise that he struggled early on, but he never had a chance to gather himself and get under control as the game went on.  He was rushing everything, and at least some of that is a result of expecting to have three Seahawks in his face two seconds after the ball hit his hands.

Maye needed to have a great game for them to win. He did not. O-line did not either. Future is bright though, which you could not say a year ago.

I would not be surprised if a Maye injury is revealed tomorrow.

Yes - could be a fun off-season.  A great unexpected season and a 12th visit to the SuperBowl. To me that matters in the NFL. Excited for another era of competitive football. This loss much less painful than the Giants (2) and Eagles losses.

We need to work on the OL as the top priority. Give Maye time to throw will make wonders.

Second is getting a TE. And ofc, get a freaking new punter. Barringer sucks. And improve the ST.

Disappointing ending, but a great season. Just stinks to get beat by Sam Darnold.

Still super proud of this team.

But yeah, in addition to adding some pieces to the defense and adding another pass-catcher, the #1 priority has to be beefing up the O-Line. I hate to say it but they might need to consider moving Campbell to LG and maybe just having Lowe be the LT while Wilson becomes our center (or have him as depth). Campbell and Wilson were both just pummeled all postseason and even 3 or 4 man rushes were getting to Maye quick. And yes, the path was tough with elite defenses but quite a few of these playoff teams have that. NE has it too. You got to beef up the O-Line. Even Brady and Mahomes have trouble if the O-Line is iffy.
