Seems like his body won?t let him be an NBA player for much longer.  If this is so, I would be happy if he came back to start a coaching career.

For all you cap-ologists out there, does getting under the luxury tax reset anything for the Celts now?

Does it push off any repeater tax, or other ramifications we might have dealt with by staying over one of the aprons too long?

Big picture, does this help us extend the championship range for us in the Tatum/Brown/White era?

On a personal note, I liked X, and I think the players all liked him too from all accounts. An affable, positive locker room presence even though he hardly played, he wasn't a negative influence on the team. I hope he gets more time in Charlotte than he did with us.
