Good win. TPs

At some point you have to blame the performance on the court on the players on the court. Every loss is not the coach's fault and every win isn't because of the players.

JB 33 points, 11 boards.  But -1 in the +/-.  Doesn't contribute to winning.
guess we'd have been better off without him playing tonight.

Would have won by 25 instead of 10.

Meanwhile, Baylor score scored three points and was a +33 :police:

A lot of impressive performances last night, but Pritchard embracing coming off the bench and kicking butt was right at the top for me.  Very nice win on a day of a trade.
Yup

Cooper was a real pleasure to watch last night. Absolute stud.  He's already ridiculously silky smooth.  His ceiling is ridiculous.

Not sure if someone else already noticed this, but Pritchard moved back to the bench with Baylor in the starting lineup last night after the Simons trade.

To me, that is putting Pritchard back into his normal role, expecting Tatum to take Baylor's position in the starting lineup soon.

Yes, I noticed that.  I also think it was a good move by Joe to control the narrative.  My guess is he has planned to have Pritchard go to the bench when Tatum comes back.  But rather than causing controversy by moving Pritchard to the bench at that time, he did it when Simons was traded so that the cause of the lineup change won?t be attributed to Tatum, but to a trade.

Yeah.  You know I'm just a fan boy, but when people talk about college players having a higher upside, or Flagg having "holes in his game", or inferior athleticism, I shake my head.  This kid at 18/19 looks like a seasoned vet.  He's got the best instincts of any rookie I can remember in the past 20 years.  What is it that he can't / won't be able to do?

Pritchard seemed to embrace the bench role. He's such a pleasure to have on our team.
