Brutal watch tonight. Ugh. Felt like Atlanta didn?t miss a shot all night. And pretty much nothing going for the Cs. .

Well Okongwu?s mouth was bloodied so there definitely was excessive contact.

Did White even get a foul call any of the times his front tooth was knocked out?

This is a nice reality check for the Cs. Yes they?re playing well to the point of overachieving? But you can?t take any team for granted.

Underestimated the Hawks, got blown out by 20 in the first quarter and it proved too much to catch up. 24% from 3, 3-19 from Hauser, Jaylen, PP and White, that's all she wrote  :-\

9 more 3s made by the Hawks hurt...

This might be the first game of the season where we were never in it from the start, and probably our worst loss in terms of the margin. Maybe the Houston game? Every other game we've fought and been in the contest. That has to be the most disappointing aspect for Joe, that we were never in it. But a solid teaching moment at least.

Team looked and played tired. It happens, though I'd like to see our top guys playing less minutes. No need to add wear and tear to our players during a year we are not going to win the title anyway. Keep developing the younger guys and plan for next season. Winning another title or two with Tatum/Brown should be our ONLY priority and should guide all decisions, both during games and when constructing the roster.

Really not a whole lot they could have changed on offense to fix things up last night.  They just got outplayed on both ends pretty badly.  I think I would have tried to feed Simons some more shots/minutes maybe.

I very rarely do this, but I actually switched channels for the last 4+ minutes.

On to Sacramento.
Yup

I think the same we look tired and missed a lot of layups.  The Hawks really came in to play.   They have good general size and athletic ability across the board creating matchup issues.
