Over-the-back needs to be called.  I harp on this team for failing to box out, and they do need to be better about it, but in fairness to them some dude is climbing their back for a tip-out even when they do establish position.  That should be a foul.

Having trouble remembering - I think when Zubac was drafted there were two European centers - we ended up with the other one, LAL got Zubac. He?s really developed - the one we got didn?t.   I think also began with a Z.  Remind me.

Ante Zizic I believe.

Yes - Thanks!

Celtics picked Zizic at 23, leaving Zubac for the Lakers at 32.  I think C's were deciding between the two.  Took Zubac a while, but he's become a really solid center.

JB has been great.  Undoubtedly ASG starter - at least so far.    And how about DW and PP --  7-10 from three.  Strange that that they both picked today to turn the tide (hope it's a sign of things to come).  Walsh continues to make plays and stay in control.  He is rising the Celtics youth ladder - might be atop as Minott has fallen a bit.

These refs are calling a crappy game.

Good half overall.  Walsh has put Harden in a box.  Worth noting that dude scored 41 two days ago.

Hoping for good news on DJJ.  That didn't look good though.

Walsh turning into a nice 9th man and elite defender would be huge for the team long term

One thing I love about Walsh is that after a bit of over-exuberance in Summer League (the game he had a couple of unnecessary pushes), he seems to have reigned that in - his head staying in the game after big plays AND when things haven't gone well.   21, not 22 till March.

Another pleasant surprise that everyone is noticing is Queta's development.  He appears to be continually improving.  I think most of us feel he'd be a solid backup but maybe he's got a decent starter ceiling in him.   Garza also has been a surprise contributor lately. Our Luka!

Yes!!   When C's traded Springer I was a little disappointed - thought he had some potential as an effective defender.   Walsh is looking better.  A little Tony Allen in him.  Walsh needs to pick things up offensively - TA could score, but he also was a walking turnover when he was here - overdribbled and lost the ball often.  But TA turned into an outstanding defensive player.  Would love that for Jordan.

Seems to be!  And when PP and DW hit shots, they are better than solid.
