Nice comeback at the end. Fell short. I get we lost to a not so good team on a B2b. But I like the fight and really lost on an obvious no call.  So 3-5. If that plays throughout the year Cs win 30. I don?t think that?s how it will go, but who knows.

That tripping foul was such an easy call to make. The refs totally blew that.

To continue on the no call trip, Celtics are up 1 with 47 seconds to go. Instead of shooting 2 free throws to potentially go up 3 its a fast break for the Jazz to go up 1. The difference in outcome because of that missed call is MASSIVE.

Also: Boston is now 119/382 from three for the season, good for 31.15%. Last in the league. So the good news is at some point their three-point shooting will equalize.

Hauser has now taken 64 shots in 8 games this season. 59 of the 64 shots have been three pointers. He has only taken 5 shots that are not threes.

1 in every 12 shots is a 2 (8%).
11 in every 12 shots is a 3 (92%).

Good. He literally should take all threes, he's one of the best high volume three-point shooters of all time

11 for 51 from 3. good lord.

Hey Mazzulla, maybe try something else when the 3's aren't going in at all. Oh sorry, I forgot, the players like you even though you are incompetent.

We have been a play to the level of our opponents team for several years even with Tatum healthy.

We have several guys who can attack the rim with drives, use them.   Simmons, Brown are two easy slashers.  I think Minot has this ability.

White was awful last night in every aspect of the game. Honestly he has been terrible all season.

Brown was clearly frustrated with the non call and took a bad offensive foul that ended the game.

This is the worst front court in the NBA. Luka Garza can't make shots, cannot defend and gets bullied in the paint. Team cannot rebound.

Just a bad team that will have a lot more nights like this.

Too many guys outside their comfort zone and it is showing.

Still....if White hits his normal shots we'd be 5-3....(and would have beaten Golden State in the Finals a few years ago)....He shot like this back then too.

The missed call was egregious, but these guys shouldn't have even been in that position. Grab a dang rebound and make an open three, for Pete's sake.

This is where I am at.  8 games in and there have been some good games and some bad games.  Buckle up because it will be this way the entire season.  As stated above, it was like this even when the team was good, it will be way worse with this team.

I recommend that everyone not overreact to the bad games (or the good games for that matter).  This team will be fine when Tatum is back.  Other good players will be added for next season also.  It will be completely different team next season.  This season is what it is.
