Celtics just get absolutely screwed by the refs.

That's the kind of thing the Celtics should file an official protest over.

The refs cannot miss that tripping call. Literally how is that  not called.

Totally screwed...

Jobbed.  That should have been two free throws for JB.  That was the easiest call the officials could make all night.

Guys I have a new defensive strategy:  literally lay on the ground in front of the ball-handler.  He'll trip over you and it won't be called a foul because this is a well-officiated organization with a sterling reputation and zero ongoing controversies against its integrity.

Scratch that -- Boston loses on an offensive putback followed by a Brown turnover. Perfect.

Now I'm confident I could defend Allen Iverson in his prime.  I'd just dive right in front of his ass and make him fall over me.

Ya, I'm not normally a "blame the refs" guy, but that obvious no call on the trip is just egregious.

Brown was +21 in a game they lost by 2. Literally nobody else in this game could do anything. If you're blaming Jaylen Brown for this loss you are very dumb or just have some agenda.

You all can have your circlejerk about the turnover all you want.  We only had a chance in this game because JB took the game over.  This team would be hung up in the butcher's house without that dude to start this season.

Yeah, we suck. Almost as bad as the blind refs.

Brown's not the reason we lost although that last foul was questionable.  if the refs were competent, that trip would have been called and there'd be a different outcome

The team was just terrible without JB on the floor this game.

I don't know what Joe was thinking playing 12 different guys this game.  Why even put in Baylor at all?  Why change up the lineup to start the third?
