Yes!!! Gutted it out against a good team on their court.  Got to hit your FTs... But good win!!   Terrible last play by Philly - and well-defended.

They hung in there, it was a gritty win, they made a lot of mistakes, especially in the clutch, forced scaryjerry to a premature pronouncement but they survived, all you can expect of a young and imperfect team. And despite a huge free-throw disparity as well. TPs for all!

I consider that revenge and "justice" for the first game which the C's did blow vs. PHI lol

Really shocked they put it in JBs hands there.  Bad idea.

They threw him a grenade.  He had to make a move through the middle of a double team with no time.  I acknowledge that his handle is spotty but even surehanded guards are going to struggle with that one.

Coach needs to put his guys in better positions on these plays.  No reason for a guard-heavy team to crack under a press like we do.  White, Pritchard, and Simons have to be better under duress.

I'll take the win anyway.

Yeah no criticism for Jaylen from me on that play. He was in a tough spot. Only 2 seconds. He had to go for it when he did. Credit to Philly for good D. They forced the turnover. Unfortunate for Jaylen.

  • Sometimes there's no sane reason for optimism
Tried everything they could to lose it, but Philly wouldn?t let it happen.

In all seriousness, lots of grit from these guys to get the win. Glad Philly finally missed a couple shots at the end

Jeez ... what a stupid last possession by Philly.

You are down 1pt! Why are you looking for a 3?

They didn't even get a good 3. Embiid from way downtown. Awful possession.

Both coaches with trash ATO plays down the stretch.

Nice to give Philly their first loss of the season.

There were so many different points in that game where I thought it was over and the Celtics were going to ride to an easy win. I can't believe how many times they let Philly back in it.

They were fortunate their mistakes, didn?t cost them, but this is what we?ll see with this team some days they?ll hang in there others they will just make too many errors. Minott he is a perfect example, he secured the extremely important rebound with three seconds to go but missed both free throws. An imperfect player like many on our team, you just hope they do more right things than wrong.

Joe rushed over to the official to take a TO to advance the ball.... only to draw up a play to inbound it into the backcourt, where PP got trapped.

Someone wanna fill me in on Joe's genius here?

this team is not winning a banner this year, but they could be a lot more fun to watch than i had thought a few games ago.

they will get better as gonzalez and minott play more, and pritchard finally gets his 3 point shot back.
