Perk saying Dillon Brooks was the Rockets leader last year. They miss his swagger. C Frye debating whether Durant or D Brooks is the better leader. Perk praising D Brooks for his leadership on the Suns this season as against Durant when he was there.

I think it's pretty wild they lost their PG for the season before it began, and yet they didn't do anything to actually add another PG or floor general of any kind to the roster even at the deadline. There were many options, and still are like CP3 even on a limited role.
Also, for all the love Ime gets, is it possible his teams and systems are just limited? Their offense is certainly better with KD's scoring added, but it's still not quite there. He emphasizes defense and hustle but you still need to actually score. Look at the Celtics-Warriors Finals. The switching and drop coverage on Curry was maddening, but in some of the games the C's just also had trouble scoring and keeping up. Same thing happened last year to the Rockets in the first round, their defense had good games but the offense couldn't score. Some of that has to be on Udoka too.
What's crazy though is in the West, they are still the 3 seed currently and there's like 4 teams within a game of each other. But still, I don't think anyone takes the Rockets seriously nor should they.
