Dave McMenamin: JJ Redick on what he's seen out of Lakers rookie Adou Thiero's athleticism thus far in training camp: "He's - it's insane. I mean, head at the rim. It's insane. It's insane."

I am looking forward to seeing what LAL can get out of this guy. I understand his physical / athletic talent & defensive chops but they need guys who can make perimeter jump-shots to spread the floor for Luka, LeBron & A Reaves. I wonder if Thiero will play at all this season or if he'll just be a bench warmer due to his lack of shooting.

90secs of highlights of Yang Hansen. 16pts. Looks like he is continuing on how he performed in summer league. Some nice passes. A great drive. Some outside shooting. Some good defensive plays.

This guy looks like he will be starting for Portland at some point this year. I like D Clingan as well. Both are starting caliber centers but Yang Hansen is so well rounded. It will be hard for Clingan to hold him off.

Guy is a hooper.

I have a little bit of a different take on Hansen. I still see Clingan as the higher upside player though that is not saying much. I think Hansen?s lack of lateral quickness and mobility for a big is going to really hurt him on defense, and hold him back. I see a quality back up big but not much more than that. For all the hype he got during the Summer he only averaged about 10 and 7 in the Summer league, and his stats last year in a bad league were solid, but nothing to get real excited about. I had him ranked as my 22nd player in this draft class. He could prove me wrong though.

The Milwaukee Bucks are signing Alex Antetokounmpo to a two-way NBA deal, joining older brothers Giannis and Thanasis, Octagon's Alex Saratsis tells ESPN. This marks the first time in NBA history that three brothers are on active roster contracts with the same team.

At some point you have to blame the performance on the court on the players on the court. Every loss is not the coach's fault and every win isn't because of the players.
