LeBron will be an interesting off season saga to watch play out.  If he doesn't go back to the Lakers, LAL will not be as good.  There is no doubt about that.  I don't see how they could replace him.  Reaves, Hachimura, Kleber, Kennard, and Hayes will all be FAs.  There just are not impact players to sign.  CJ McCollum?  Zach Levine?  Those guys are not going to do it.

But will LeBron leave money on the table (assuming that LAL does offer him big'ish money) to go play for NYK or CLE for the TPMLE?  I think he probably should.  It seems that LAL may be ready to move on.

At some point you have to blame the performance on the court on the players on the court. Every loss is not the coach's fault and every win isn't because of the players.

Mitchell hasn't really shown up and the Cavs are right there.  If he gets going, Cavs will win.  If not, they probably won't.

Well, the complete opposite happened lol. 19-7 4th and the Pistons in control while Mitchell is struggling. The Cavaliers are about to be .500 in the sense that they win every home game and lose every road game this postseason lol  :P

Wow, is Joe coaching Pistons last 3 minutes? 3 point hell when they just need a few twos to ice it. yikes, now its tie. [dang].

Mobley finally remembered he is a DPOY that can actually shoot the ball. Great last few minutes from him as the Cavs force OT in a game they should have lost.

Looks like he somehow switched to then coaching the Cavs on that awful last possession, too! Why would Ackerman not take one of his two (!) remaining timeouts there when that play was clearly going nowhere?? Golden opportunity just p---ed away.

Mitchell showed up in OT.  Harden somehow playing well for an entire playoff game.

Cade is such a monster, but he needs more help.  They have to get a legit 2nd scorer/play maker for him next year.

Cavs finally take one on the road and a 3-2 series lead.

For the Pistons, that looked like a masterclass Joe blunder the last 3 minutes of regulation and in OT

Pistons certainly made some stupid plays late, but if Mobley and Harden can channel that to go alongside Mitchell, CLE is tough. They just need it consistently, but that's an impressive win for them on the road when Cade was going off and Mitchell wasn't great either
