First time since Brady left that I'm actually excited about the Patriots. Drake Maye looks like the real deal, Will Campbell has been good at tackle and Diggs looks like he could be the #1 receiver they've been missing.

They have the easiest remaining schedule in the league by opponent winning percentage. Real chance to make the playoffs.

That's a BIG BOY win right there, and a MASSIVE moment for Maye. He's heard the doubters, saying he hasn't played well or beaten elite teams. Well Buffalo was undefeated, with their "white out" game and are SB favorites for a reason. And honestly, Maye lowkey outplayed Josh Allen. The Pats meanwhile come away with a win. Statement!

Now I think the Pats have a very legit shot at 10 wins. Look at the remaining schedule. The only tough games I see are Buffalo, Baltimore and Tampa, but even BAL might not be as tough if they continue to lose and are mostly out of it by then.

And also, it wasn't just "dink and dunk". Maye made plays on his own that were 100% Brady/Mahomes/Josh Allen-esque. Great throws on the run, some creativity, and that insane stiff arm and dump to Diggs when it looked hopeless on that play. Yessir. Diggs was fantastic too. Hope Belichick saw how much having a real WR1 and elite option can do wonders for an offense.

They were right about wearing those white uniforms...it was for their own funeral  8) It was a Diggstown revenge game!

Agreed, hope the Pats' consistency continues. Don't let the NO game be a letdown game. Still got a long ways to go. Loved that rocket pass from Maye to Diggs before he took the sack. I wonder will Vrabel try to ask the Eagles if AJ Brown is on the trading block, cuz he seems unhappy there.

Belichick probably still sitting somewhere in denial that the Pats drafted Drake Maye...he would've traded the #3 pick.

I won't lie... I actually loved the Bills uniforms and the whole "white out" atmosphere. Penn State does a similar game in college, they did it last week too (and lost to Oregon in 2 OT lol), but it's always cool.

Diggs looks like a legit #1 WR. Can?t remember the last time the Patriots had one of those. Back to back games with over 100 yards receiving. Love it!

At some point you have to blame the performance on the court on the players on the court. Every loss is not the coach's fault and every win isn't because of the players.

Belichick was allergic to them. Imagine if Brady had a guy like that even besides Edelman/Gronk. Even in recent years, instead of JuJu/Parker and that sad group.

Ultimately I've moved on and am happy with hopefully many years of McDaniels/Maye/Vrabel. Hopefully Diggs and a few others continue staying as well. But it always irritated me in the past that we'd be "after" guys like Hopkins (still in his prime), Calvin Ridley, etc. yet never get them.  And then we'd wonder why there was no separation or the QB couldn't throw it anywhere.

Diggs isn't just productive, but his presence on the field also can't be ignored and it opens things up for others too. And his ability to keep his feet inbounds, and adjust on the run. Impressive.
