Has Dan Campbell been fired yet? Epic fail.
He?s not going anywhere but Detroit, KC & Baltimore has to be 3 most disappointing teams & KC wouldn?t had made it if Mahomes didn?t get hurt

KC and Baltimore have been injury plagued. There are no excuses for Campbell. He just bombed.

I disagree a bit and think the Lions have gotten hit hard with injuries too. The whole secondary has been decimated and they lost Laporta too. Feel like they have had worse injuries than the Chiefs. Definitely think those same excuses should apply for the Lions. Although I do agree that all three have disappointed even factoring in any injuries.

Lamar missed a quarter of the season and Mahomes had ankle and knee issues before the ACL. Even without Laporta, Detroit still had their starting QB for every game and all their top weapons with Gibbs, Saint Brown, Montgomery and Williams. They put up 10 points in their loss to the Vikings and are in last place in their division. Completely unacceptable and Campbell should be fired for it.

I may have to side with the fire Campbell camp here. We also have to take into account his recent past relevant Lions years too:

2023- blew a 24-7 lead to the 49ers in NFCCG
2024- blown out at their own home turf as a 1-seed to the 6-seeded Commanders
2025- finally, missed playoffs after two overachieving seasons.

All three of these happened under his tenure

How are you describing 2023/2024 as ?overachieving seasons" and saying they're failures that he should be fired over?

Campbell has shown enough in his tenure to deserve another season, especially considering the brain drain from his staff last off-season. If he blows it again next year (or loses the locker room) then get rid of him, but good teams don't cut good coaches because of a single bad season.
I'm bitter.

That's an awful choke by the Steelers. Rodgers clearly didn't want to give up the sack record to Garrett leading to poor decisions and rushed throws, and Tomlin looked outcoached today against a 3-win team. Yikes. No DK Metcalf next week either. Baltimore fans have to be ecstatic

Rodgers is just so unlikable that I?m ok with the choke and the risk of letting the Ravens stay alive. Would definitely rather play the Steelers than Ravens in the playoffs.

That was quite a defensive set for the Eagles. Hitting hard.

Fortunately, that could be Buffalo or Houston's problem in the wild card round.

I personally don't get BUF going for two at the end. Maybe they didn't trust their kicker who already got an XP blocked, but PHI's defense was gassed and their offense was atrocious in the 2nd half. Should have gone to OT at home instead of risking it there and just losing. PHI escaped that, Hurts and the offense were god awful in the 2nd half

All that from the Bills and Josh Allen in the 4th, only to lose on a missed 2-point conversion and single bad throw when it could have gone to OT with momentum

So, now that the Raiders have almost locked up the #1 pick, we all know it's going to be the Indiana QB, could they make it a package and steal the Indiana coach too?

Didn't the Indiana coach just sign an extension there like a month ago?

He did.  He will also be 65 in June, which seems like the wrong age to make a jump from college to the NFL.

Carroll walked into a pretty crap situation before the season. Have to imagine the organization will give him more than one season unless he decides to walk and call it a career.  But who knows.

Chargers not playing Herbert this Sunday. The 1 seed was unlikely but now it's probably not happening at all.

Oh well. If NE wins Week 18, they secure the 2 seed and get at least two home games until the AFCCG (if they get there)

Yeah.  Nobody wants to go to Mile High for the playoffs, but I think that there's a good chance that the Broncos could lose before the conference finals.

Most likely looking at this then.

7) Chargers @ 2) Patriots
6) Bills @ 3) Jaguars
5) Texans @ Ravens/Steelers
