if they do it will be because they simply outscore lots of teams. their defense looks to be pretty poor as a team.

let's see if mazzulla can prove me wrong about the defense.

Democracy begins with freedom from hunger, freedom from unemployment, freedom from fear, and freedom from hatred.

Not a playoff starting lineup at all

they're not going to win by outscoring anyone.  not enough firepower unless 3 of Brown, White, PP, Simons or Hauser go off -- will need at least the many having a hot night to offset the lack of offense from the bigs.

just not seeing a playoff team with the state of the bigs unless they catch the tail end of the play-in group

I don?t get the focus on playoffs or not.  What is really the difference between being a play-in team or not?  This team is not nearly as good without Tatum, Horford, Holiday, Porzingis, and even Kornet.

I don?t care if they make the playoffs unless Brad somehow pulls in a star big and Tatum looks like he?s coming back in February.  But I think there?s firepower there with PP, Simons, White, and JB.  They can score. Whether that gives them 30 wins or 45 time will tell. I think Q is a wild card. Hope he shines.  If he?s better than expected on both ends, the starting five looks a ton better.

Lol - pritchard is the Sixth Man of the Year, meaning at best, he is likely better than at least half 10-15 of the guards that are currently starting.

We will see on Queta. Things are set up pretty well for him to prove himself this year. Boucher is one that I probably agree with you on. I'd rather hope that someone pops in camp as a wing/forward that could start.

Pritchard is not better than 10-15 starting point guards in the NBA. He?s probably better than 2 or 3 PG?s on bad teams. Not a knock on Pritchard, I just don?t think he should be starting.

We just don't have any better options.
