I have a meeting at 9 that could go into draft, so I will probably post before meeting starts if that doesn't cause any issues for anyone.

No problem! You can start early. Teams will still get their allotted 10 minute time windows to draft, IE if Moranis drafts early CFF still has until 10:35am to draft but maybe we?ll move up in schedule if you start early and people still only take 10 mins:

Moranis: 10:15-25am
CFF: 10:25-35
Who: 10:35-45
Jvalin: 10:45-55
Snively: 10:55-11:05
Roy: 11:05-11:15
SAB: 11:15-25
Dons: 11:25-35
Rody: 11:35-45
Timdawgg: 11:45-55am

Here is the link to the draft thread for tomorrow AM:

See you all there!

You didn't swerve, but Lebron is hard to pass on.  Stats + titles + durability, and even though he can be a dink, he doesn't bring chemistry questions onto a team.  Depending on the season, he's basically flawless in these exercises.

Also, I can't not pick him. Ha. Think it is like the 4th one of these that I ended up with LeBron, including the very first one back in like 2010 when I took him with the last pick in the 1st round (and most people considered it a reach and a stretch at that time).

The other guy I considered at the top did not go 2 or 3.

It's gotta be the least surprising pick ever.

When he landed #1 in the random # generator I just made him the Cavs lol. Let the man have his moment

In the sim I believe he is the clear #1 pick in his own tier. He also plays a lot of minutes and is incredibly efficient and defensively disruptive in the season you selected. If I picked #1, I would have picked the same 12-13 Heat season. You?re off to a great start

I really did think hard about someone else, but I think everyone would have ultimately landed on Lebron at 1. Hard to pick someone else.

Gotta love TD and KG in a draft like this - so easy to build with, so good with other great teammates.

Yeah.  They both fit seamlessly onto any team in any era.

I thought you'd go in a different direction only because you've had Lebron multiple times before.  I figured you'd be bored, haha.

I'm weighing how much I want to go different than my drafting history with my picks this year.
