I agree with this.  Brown, White, Simons, Hauser, Payton is still a terrific group, although probably won't be on the floor at the same time unless Joe goes Ultra Small Ball.  Add in a second year of Baylor and let's not forget, just a couple of years ago, Tillman played 20MPG in Memphis and did 7/5.  OK, Let's Roll!

If only rebounding and defense were part of this "firepower".

30-35 win season, massive roster dump with expiring contracts. Lottery pick. I am not even sure Simons makes it to game one as a Celtic let alone is part of their long term plans.

They will play hard. They will shoot an extremely high amount of 3s. Guards and wings will have to do all the scoring. My fear is they get overworked because the bigs are so bad.

They have the worst front court in the NBA and it is not even close. Basically 4 G league level players and Niang.

Bench is also going to be one of the worst in the league.

And finally, Joe is actually going to have to coach. He doesn't have 5 All Stars out there to make up for his mistakes.

And as for being unstoppable in the future...hopefully there are very few guys carried over to 2026. I'd like to see PP, Hauser, JB, White Hugo and JT retained for 2026. On the fence with Baylor but he is probably part of the long term plan.

I don't see anyone else after those guys being on the roster in 2026. Start 2026 with 7 or 8 roster spots open and put together a contending team.

This is a reset of a year. 2026 they will be better but it is 2027 where they will be able to really contend.

Best case is Brown proves he can be a number one adding value. Worst case is he struggles as the lead dog and loses value.

I will watch the team regardless of whether they are good or bad.

Yeh.  I was watching them most every game when Szabo was getting minutes, so I?ll definitely be tuning in regardless as well!
