I, for one, do not want guannis. Heard it takes a while to get rid of that.

At some point you have to blame the performance on the court on the players on the court. Every loss is not the coach's fault and every win isn't because of the players.

Why would Milwaukee do that?

Only problem with this is there is no way Milwaukee is trading Giannis for Brown.
2023 Historical Draft - Brooklyn Nets - 9th pick

Bigs - Pau, Amar'e, Issel, McGinnis, Roundfield
Wings - Dantley, Bowen, J. Jackson
Guards - Cheeks, Petrovic, Buse, Rip

The only absurd logic that suggests there is a possibility that Milwaukee would trade Giannis for JB is that some GMs are stupid. But no GM is really that stupid. The trade would be far more imbalanced than Davis for Doncic and basically everyone was shocked at that disparity.

However, if the Bucks were stupid enough, I would do it in a heartbeat.  And I like JB.

Obviously it wouldn't be a straight one fir one. There would be picks and multiple players to aggregate enough salary, which they can now do.  If they wanted to move him, a perennial all state for the core of the return could be way worse.

It could only happen if Giannis wants out of Milwaukee. If he did, I'd do it in a second. Giannis solves mulitple problems and I think they can - by next season anyway - replace a lot of Jaylen's offense.

I hear you, but if I'm the Bucks I think I'd have to be looking to start the bidding at a top 10 player or a young 'top 10 to be'.  Example might be Paolo Banchero or Amen Thompson.   But Jaylen as the centerpiece just isn't a starting point for a franchise - they'd still need to find the hardest piece.

The only way Boston could reasonably get Giannis and beat other team's offer is to take Lillard back in the trade.

So

Giannis, Lillard

For

Brown, White, Simons,  28, 32, future 1st

Boston would be really thin, but a Giannis/Tatum duo would be near unstoppable

Lol - if they were going to do that, they could have kept Zinger and Holliday and stayed in the 2nd apron for a title run.
