Crazy that in 26 minutes, KP only had 5/6/2

Not sure I like the defensive scheme on Banchero. Why are White and Holiday the primary defenders?

Stopping Banchero isn't the goal, though.  If Banchero and Wagner continue to account for two-thirds of their scoring output, then we'll likely sweep the series comfortably.

I'll happily let those two have their individual scoring numbers if we keep holding the Magic under 90 as a team.

BINGO!

Magic were only ever close because of all the holding and checking  that the majority of basketball fans want in the game.

It took them a while to respond to the physicality, but they came out strong in the second half. Nice win.

Physicality =fouling constantly.  I?m not being sarcastic to you. But I can?t stand this kind of ? defense.? It?s considered playing tough when it?s the opposite. Moving your feet when you?re exhausted is tough. This kind of play just lets lesser talented teams drag teams down to their level.

Totally agree with this.  Orlando holds, slaps, hacks and it's considered good basketball?.

Just finished watching (taped) - yes, Magic are really physical. Cs need to survive this one without injury. As is, looks like JT hurt his wrist. PP looked for a minute like hamstring bothering him. I thought JB moved well but put his body through a lot today.  Hope he recovers well.  I didn?t feel comfortable despite the lead - but I guess I always feel that way, especially in the playoffs.

DW was incredible. PP also. Jrue played well. Tough game for JT and KP, but Cs win by 17 anyway.

Banchero must have been stronger than the 25 year old me when he was 8. Guy is impressive.

I agree, but if the refs permit that, we need to do the same.  We weren't ready for the hooking and holding in the second quarter, but we bounced back and used that style of defense to our advantage.

At some point you have to blame the performance on the court on the players on the court. Every loss is not the coach's fault and every win isn't because of the players.

Yeah, if the Magic's offense is Banchero mid-range jumpshots, they may not break 90 this series.

Banchero was 4-7 from 3pt.
