Hauser in 22 mins of play: 20pts, 5rebs, 1ast, 1stl. 7-12 from the field, 6-9 from 3pt.

Pritchard in 22 mins of play: 22pts, 3rebs, 3ast, 1st. 9-11 from the field, 4-5 from 3pt.

Ridiculous

At some point you have to blame the performance on the court on the players on the court. Every loss is not the coach's fault and every win isn't because of the players.

They are so much better playing off of our good players instead of running the offense.

Would be good to get one game per series that PP or Sam goes off like this.  Lots of weapons on this team and PP and Sam are like weapons #7 and #8.

And don't forget about Horford, our other bench player who just happened to start this game:

Horford:  28 min, 13 pts, 11 Rebs, 1 block, 1 steal, 3-6 from 3pt

Horford was not quite as much as Hauser and Pritchard, but essentially gave the team everything it needed.

Our bench is really good.  Horford, Pritchard, and Hauser are very important to the playoff run.  Of course, last playoff run, Horford played more with Porzingis missing games, but Hauser and Pritchard combined for about 33 min per game and played in every game.  Horford played 30 min and also in every game.  Horford probably backs off some but he should be 20-24 min.  So our 3 bench players play the equivalent of about 1.5 starters.

I think we see a lot less of Kornet (13 games, 10 min per last playoffs) but he will pitch in some minutes.  And then maybe Craig or someone else here and there for very spot minutes.  I am considering meaningful minutes, not clear the bench minutes.

This all changes of course if Brown can't play his regular minutes.  The scary thing is that even if Brown is less than full, we could still win a title due to our depth.  Just like last season how we won even thought we didn't have Porzingis for much of the run.

Right, swapping out Brown for Porzingis, in terms of playoff minutes, should still be enough to win a chip.

On the downside JB was the MVP in both ECF and Finals and  KP is still fragile.  On the plus side, JT is a more mature player, PP is better (a weapon that needs to be accounted for) and Luke is better (though I?m a little dubious of his likely effectiveness v. Cavs or OKC).   Lately, it looks like we can expect Sam, Al, Jrue, and DW to be as effective as last year.  Argument could be made that Sam can have more impact.

I wonder if the C's are gonna "manage" Jaylen in the first round and only use him heavily if there are close games or we happen to be down like 2-1 in a series. We're probably gonna see a lot of Hauser/PP in the first round I imagine. Maybe even some Craig. Hopefully Tatum/Jrue/White/KP/Horford are good to go though.
